We
are two sisters with a small farm near York where we
rear our own stock on a mixed diet from what is grown on
the farm. The resulting meat is much tastier. All our
meat is hung after slaughter which further adds to its
taste and tenderness.
All the products we sell we make ourselves using our own
recipes and flavourings. Because we have two members of
our family who are gluten intolerant we understand how
irritating the limited choice available can be. That is
why we include a large range of gluten free products in
addition to our traditional range. All the family can
enjoy our gluten free products without any problems.
