baker Bob Chard believes in using the best ingredients for all the bread,
cakes and savouries he bakes fresh every day. Where possible
Bob sources the ingredients he uses locally.

Meat pies are made using local meat which is slow cooked
for 4 to 5 hours before adding to oat pastry to ensure a
crisp pie full of succulent tender meat.
Rustics speciality is muffins and cup cakes which come
in a variety of flavours including Toffee, lemon
drizzle, chocolate fudge and blueberry. Look out for
seasonal flavours such as strawberry in the summer and
mince meat at Christmas.
Sandwiches are made using Rustics freshly made 100g
bread cakes. All sandwich fillings are prepared in the
bakery.
