Little Pigs is the trading name of the Kiplingcotes Farm
where we, the Clarkson family, have farmed for five
generations.
Our rare breed Berkshire pork is home reared and free
range. Our Black Welsh mountain lamb are grass fed.
We are passionate about the welfare of our animals and
of the meat we produce. Because we sell directly to our
customers we can ensure the highest quality of welfare
for our animals.

What we produce

Our animals are fed as naturally as possible. |

We feed our pigs on potatoes, fodder beet
and pea straw all grown on the farm. |

When we have to use feed we use quality feed
that contains no genetically modified organisms,
is free from growth promoters and does not
contain any animal by products. |

Our animals are not given unnecessary
antibiotics. |

|
Our animals drink mineral water from the
farm. |
|
|
Our pigs have enhanced free range outdoor
lifestyles and live in large paddocks in family
groups with bedded huts. |

|
Our animals are all grown to twice the
lifespan or more of commercial pigs. |

|
Our Berkshire rare breed pigs are fed a diet
high in in Omega 3. |

|
We use a local abattoir. |
