Marie and Steve Wells believe in supplying quality locally produced food and are happy to support local food producers.

Manor Farm is the family arable farm set high on the East Yorkshire Wold in the village of Burton Fleming. The farm supplies free range eggs to the shop from it's 16,000 free range chickens, and beef from the farm’s herd of Limousin cross cattle, which are hung for 21 days to ensure extra tenderness. The farm also supplies potatoes a selection of vegetables year round.

Steve and Marie decided to take on Burton Fleming butcher's shop when the last butcher retired. This gave them the opportunity to offer local people a wider variety of quality seasonal food produce in addition to butchery products.
