About us
Here in the beautiful Wharfedale
countryside, “Fancy That from Wharfedale” harmonise
traditional methods and innovative recipes to offer
you a vibrant choice of handmade artisan fruit and
vegetable preserves in the form of:
Savoury Preserves
Sweet Preserves
Fruit and Herb Vinegars
Rapeseed Oils
Other Sweet and Savoury Condiments
We take an indulgent amount of time to produce our
preserves entirely by hand, in small batches using
high quality ingredients to ensure the resulting
mouth watering and luscious tastes. If you are
looking for goods that are made without the use of
artificial preservatives, colours or flavours -
you've come to the right place!
We are members of "The Guild of Fine Food" and also
"Deliciously Yorkshire" representing top quality and
all that's great about food and drink from Yorkshire
and the Humber.
All of our products are made at our kitchen in
Burley-in-Wharfedale and we are fully approved by
Environmental Health.
Our online store offers secure payment facilities
and local and national delivery service. Our bespoke
Gift Pack and Gift Voucher services are the perfect
solution for gifts throughout the year.
