Wassail - Based on the ancient
drink 'Lambs Wool' a concoction of hot ale, spices
oranges and apples. When the apple melted in the hot ale
it resembled lambs wool
Hot chilli chutney - red onions
peppers chillies and apples not searingly hot just
right!

Spicy tomato relish - A pleasant
burger relish popular with kids
Chunky corn - An American style
burger relish, sweet corn with chunky gherkin
Traditional pickled onions - Just

Sweet onions in Balsamic Vinegar
- small silverskins in Balsamic Vinegar which makes a
great salad dressing when you've eaten the onions

Tomato Ketchup - Again not a copy
of commercial sauces fresh fennel in the recipe gives a
subtle edge 275ml Bottle

The orange derived marmalades are made
from organic seville oranges bought in bulk in January.
this gives the fresh taste which with the high fruit
content (38%) gives a quality preserve.
